North Face Athletes Pete Athans and Kaitlyn Farrington joined High Camp for an On-boarding trip to beautiful Point Reyes, CA. On-boarding trips are the cultural introduction to The North Face, where people learn more about the company, colleagues, and the outdoors for which TNF makes product.  During a typical on-boarding trip, we spend the day on trails with breaks for TNF stories, cultural heritage, industry discussions, and personal stories from each of the new hires. Everybody leaves with a shared experience, some new stories, and a better understanding of the company.
